Luc Zandvliet is the founder of Triple R Alliance, which provides support to companies in all areas of stakeholder engagement. He provides support and advice to companies in areas such as conflict impact assessments, influx management plans, grievance mechanisms and social investment strategies. He co-facilitated a pilot project for the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) to test the ICMM guide on grievance handling. He is the co-author of Getting it Right, Making Corporate-Community Relations Work, with Mary B. Anderson. He has worked for the International Red Cross in Ethiopia and with Doctors Without Borders in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Sudan, Eritrea and Sierra Leone.
